Lead the Northern Prayer Ministry for International Christian Festivals in China, coordinating prayer activities across fellowships in northern China. Formed a leadership board including Secretary and Vice Coordinator to serve the various fellowships in the region. Upon receiving the call to lead, accepted without hesitation, sensing God's direction clearly. Currently serving together with the team, learning and working with people from different backgrounds.

Serve as the Pastor's Representative for the Campuses for Christ (C4C) Ministry, which oversees all campus Bible studies across different schools in the city. Under this leadership, worked with different leaders to ensure active Bible studies on multiple campuses—a difficult journey, but one that has borne fruit. Now have more active Bible studies than before across the city's universities.

Serve as the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) Chair—also known as Sunday Service Coordinator (SSC)—the primary student leader responsible for operational management of JICF. This non-denominational, multicultural congregation serves international students and professionals from across the globe. Key Responsibilities: - Service Coordination & Flow Management: Oversee complete orchestration of Sunday worship services - Cross-Cultural Liaison: Bridge between international fellowship and Chinese hosts - National Representation: Represent JICF at national-level fellowship leader meetings - Event Planning: Lead planning for Welcome Services, Christmas, Easter celebrations - Leadership Transitions: Develop transition protocols and train successors Work alongside Senior Pastor, council of Elders, and fellow student leaders to ensure seamless execution of all church activities. Only responsibility outside purview is sermon preparation and delivery—everything else flows through coordination.

Lead the Fishers of Men (FOM) organization, a Christian community that represents the source of spiritual strength. FOM was the community that helped build spiritual life during challenging early years in China (2019). Over time, without formal appointment, members began calling me their leader. Activities: - Bible study on Sundays and Wednesdays - Prayer sessions on Saturdays - Monthly prayer and fasting (last seven days of every month) FOM remains the spiritual anchor, reminding that all leadership and achievements flow from a foundation of prayer, community, and dependence on God.

Appointed as Election Commissioner Chair for JULS to organize the election process for new leadership. Key Achievements: - Built and integrated an online voting system into existing website infrastructure - Configured time-bound voting with automatic cutoff - Implemented voter registration verification - Coordinated with national election commissioner and other student executives This experience combined technical skills with organizational leadership.

Served as Chaplain General for the Jinan Union of Liberian Students (JULS) during the 2024-2025 leadership term. Responsibilities: - Led prayers and devotions at student union gatherings - Provided spiritual guidance to the Liberian student community in Jinan - Served as the technical person on the team, handling computer-related issues

Served as Assistant Leader for the Northern Prayer Ministry under International Christian Festivals in China. The Northern Prayer Ministry is responsible for coordinating prayer activities across fellowships in northern China. Worked alongside the leader to serve various fellowships in the region, gaining experience in national-level ministry coordination.

Served as Vice Chair for the Academic Excellence Committee of the Liberian Student Union in China (LSUIC) during the 2023-2024 academic year. Worked alongside the Chair to create academic programs for Liberian students across China. Key Activities: - Organized a Winter Debate competition for Liberian students - Developed promotional materials using Photoshop and graphic design tools - Coordinated academic support initiatives This role pushed development of skills in graphic design and program coordination.

Served as part of the Worship Ministry team at Jinan International Christian Fellowship, leading the congregation in praise and worship each Sunday. Music has always been a vital part of spiritual life, and serving in this capacity combined passion for music with ministry service.

Served as Vice Coordinator for the Prayer Ministry at JICF while also remaining an active member. The Prayer Ministry is the spiritual engine of the church—interceding for the congregation, the city, the nation, and beyond. This dual capacity role allowed for growth in spiritual discipline and learning how to mobilize others for corporate prayer.

Led the revival of the dormant Bible study group at University of Jinan campus under JICF's Campuses for Christ (C4C) ministry. Upon arriving in Jinan in 2023, discovered the campus Bible study had become inactive after previous leaders graduated. Took initiative to revive the group, starting with only 3 people. Through perseverance, the group flourished and came back to life. Served as Bible Study Coordinator for the first year, learning to build something from nothing and persevere when resources are limited.
